The fine print, in plain language

What happens if I want to cancel?

You can cancel anytime. If it's before your 12-month term is up, a $249 early termination fee applies — the same amount as the setup fee we waived when we built your site. After the term ends, there's no fee to leave.

Do I own my domain?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your own name and account. We handle the search, registration, and DNS setup — you never have to touch it, but it's genuinely yours.

What happens to my website if I leave?

Hosting stops and the site comes down, since the design itself is licensed for use while you're subscribed. We'll give you a free static copy of the site on request if you'd like to take it elsewhere.

What counts as a "content change"?

Things like updating your hours, swapping a photo, adding a testimonial, or editing your service list. Bigger changes — a new page, a redesign, a booking system — are quoted separately.

What if I need more time than my plan includes?

Extra time bills at $95/hr. Larger projects get a fixed-price quote up front, so there's never a surprise bill.
